With more than two decades in the restaurant and bar industry, Beth has become known for her inventive shrubs, bright acid-driven cocktails, and deep knowledge of tropical and Polynesian-inspired drinks. Her career has taken her behind the bar at some of Richmond’s most beloved restaurants including Can Can, Comfort, Heritage, The Magpie, L’Opossum, and Perch, where she developed a passion for layered tropical flavors, fresh fruit, and spice-forward cocktails.
Throughout the evening, Beth will guide guests through the history, evolution, and versatility of the daiquiri while showcasing four unique daiquiri-focused cocktails. Whether you’re a cocktail enthusiast or simply love a well-made rum drink, this is a class you won’t want to miss.
